Vinh Dao/Vincham
Prior to his role as CEO and President, Mr. Vincham served Senior Project Manager and Director in Japan Construction Industry with overall responsibility for all construction, shop drawing, and Building Information Modeling activities since 2007. He has more than 15 years of experience as Specialist in BIM.
Mr. Vincham holds Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Certificate of Advanced of Steel Building Structure from Japan, Certificate of Advanced in Construction Technology from San Jose City College in the U.S.

Dr. Jandali gives professional advice for Design and Structural Engineering as General Consultant for Jacons Construction besides serving JEDCO Consulting Engineers as Vice President and General Manager. He has more than 40 years of experience as Specialist in Structural Engineering.
Dr. Firas Jandali holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in the U.S

Thanh Van Thap
He has gained over 10 years of experience working on Japan construction projects, progressing from an engineer to a team manager, project manager, and finally a Project Director. Besides serving Jacons Construction as Vice President, he has been the founder of Niccons Construction and Trading since 2019.

Yasmeen Thanh
Besides serving Jacons Construction as CMO, Ms. Yasmeen Thanh is the founder of Moonlight Humanity Foundation since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from San Jose State University in the U.S.

He has over 10 years of experience in the BIM/VDC field. He has been involved in international projects where he applied BIM, starting with roles in modeling, coordinating, and managing BIM for Residential, commercial, and hotel projects across the United States, UK, Singapore, and Vietnam.
